grapefruit cooler
Get ready to sparkle your way into the weekend with this fabulous recipe. It's the zest of the bunch!
Ingredients
- grapefruit bubly® 3-4 oz
- fresh grapefruit juice 1/2 oz
- fresh blackberries 4
- ground cardamom sprinkle
- lychee syrup 1/2 oz
- ice as needed
- lychee garnish
Directions
1. Muddle blackberries, and lychee syrup in the bottom of a mixing tin.
2. Add ice, sprinkle of cardamom, and grapefruit juice.
3. Shake until well chilled.
4. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Top with grapefruit bubly®.
6. Garnish with lychee and serve.
