Ingredients
- rum 1 1/2 oz
- strawberry bubly® 3 oz
- simple syrup 1/2 oz
- fresh lime juice squeeze
- mint leaves 8
- ice as needed
Directions
1. Muddle 6 mint leaves with simple syrup and fresh lime juice.
2. Pour into tin with ice, add rum and shake.
3. Strain into glass filled with ice.
4. Top with strawberry bubly®.
5. Garnish with mint leaves.
